i just got it today..after a very stressful few days..i love my gown..i have to for the stress ive been to for the past few days..i better be loving it..
its not that bongga and its not like the usual bridal gowns we see in bridal mags..i want mine old looking..vintage nga eh..i want it simple and elegant and that i can freely move..i dont want to show so much skin during ceremony..im pretty old fashioned..
but i have regrets..many regrets..i wish i coughed up a little more moola to have it all in lace..i wish i did not listen when my mananahi said to buy organza..you see i wanted chiffon or tulle as the lower outer layer..and she suggested organza..i listened to her so foolish me..i wish i just bought duchess satin for everything and no star silk because star silk was used for all parts..and i only wanted it on the lower part..i wish i decided for a more honest and expensive mananahi..i wanted to save on my wedding dress hence the choice and im paying it dearly..she did well all right..she got the exact look of how i wanted it to look like but thats after so many follow ups (she doesnt answer often)..so many late meetings (she doesnt come on time)..so many broken promises (she keeps on saying this week..this week..then a text after that it can't be)..a couple of trips to her house and its not near..i can go on and on..haaaayyy..but after this..after my family's gowns delivery on Saturday..NOT EVER AGAIN!!!
so future brides..a piece of advice..don't scrimp on your wedding gown..you deserve to be beautiful and stress free on your wedding day..so spare yourself the headache..
